Refund and Returns Policy

Hey Bae!

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 15 days of receipt.

All returns must be made within 30 days from delivery, unless otherwise specified by one of our customer service team members.

Returns will take approximately 5 – 7 business days to process through once received to the returns team at the warehouse, send us over an email at and we’ll be happy to sort things out for you!

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by black and bae when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to be specific about that.

Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards ONLY.

We don’t take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Black and bae reserve the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by black and bae.

We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days from the date your parcel is delivered back to us.


Exchanges take around 5 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

Let us spoil you as you can exchange your item for any size or item with same value (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge (only shipping cost on you )

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, that’s still okay cause We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods.

Exchange/ Return Items Condition Policy:

Items returned or exchanged are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:

  • The item is in original condition and unworn with all the tags still attached
  • The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
  • The item has no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item is returned to us within 30 days from delivery
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available and shared with us through our email.
